Cookie policy

What are cookies?

Cookies are small files stored on your device as you browse. They let the shop work properly and, with your consent, let us analyse how the site is used so we can improve it.

The cookies we use

Technical (necessary)

Essential for the shop to work: basket, session, region and preferences. They do not require consent.

Analytics (optional)

If you give your consent, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to see in aggregate how the site is used, and Microsoft Clarity to understand how people move around it (heatmaps and anonymous session recordings). Until you accept, neither of them loads: no cookie is written and no data is sent to those services. If you change your mind and refuse after having accepted, we stop measuring and delete the analytics cookies from your device.

With your permission we also use advertising cookies from Meta (Facebook and Instagram): they let us measure how many sales come from our ads and show you pieces you might like. They are asked for separately from the analytics ones, because they are two different purposes: you can accept one and refuse the other. Until you accept, the pixel does not load and nothing is sent to Meta.

When you complete an order and you have accepted advertising cookies, we also send the purchase to Meta from our server (Conversions API), so that the measurement does not depend on your browser. The data that allows it to be matched to your account — email, name, phone, city, province and postcode — always travels hashed: Meta never receives it in the clear. Without your consent we send nothing, not from the server either.

Managing your consent

You can accept or refuse the optional cookies from the cookie notice, change your mind at any time from the panel below, or configure and delete them from your browser settings.

Currently: loading…. You can change your mind whenever you like: the choice takes effect straight away, with no need to reload the page.

Analytics cookies

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. They tell us which pages get visited and where the purchase gets stuck, in aggregate.

Advertising cookies

Meta (Facebook and Instagram). They let us measure how our ads perform and show you pieces you might like.
