Terms and conditions

1. General information

This online shop is owned by Susanna Zampieri, NIF Y9942087Y, of Calle Albareda 37, 35008 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Contact: susannazampieri.sz@gmail.com.

2. Scope

These terms govern the purchase of fine and costume jewellery through this website. By placing an order, you accept them.

3. Prices and taxes

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include the applicable IGIC (Canary Islands). The final amount, including shipping costs, is set out before you confirm the order.

4. Purchase process and payment

Once the order is confirmed you will receive a confirmation email. Payment is made through a secure, encrypted payment environment. The payment gateway is operated by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.

5. Shipping, returns and guarantee

6. Shipping outside the Canaries: import taxes

Orders are dispatched from Gran Canaria. The Canary Islands are part of the European Union but are excluded from its VAT territory, so shipments to mainland Spain, the Balearics, Ceuta or Melilla constitute an importation and are subject to customs clearance.

Accordingly, and unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase:

  • Import IVA, any customs duties that may apply and the customs handling fees charged by the carrier are not included in the price of the order, are not received by the seller and are payable by the recipient, who will pay them to the carrier or to the customs authority.
  • The delivery time stated does not include the time taken by customs clearance, whose duration does not depend on the seller.
  • If the shipment is refused or not collected by the recipient and the parcel is returned to sender, the return costs actually invoiced by the carrier will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. This does not affect the right of withdrawal: when it is exercised within the time limit and the whole order is returned, the price of the products and the standard shipping costs paid are refunded, in accordance with article 107 of Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007.
  • Taxes paid to customs are not refundable by the seller, as they are not a payment received by her.

This information is also shown during checkout, before the order is confirmed, when the delivery address is outside the Canary Islands.

7. Intellectual property

The contents of this website (texts, images, logos and designs) belong to Susanna Zampieri or to their respective owners and are protected by intellectual property law.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that have jurisdiction under consumer law.
